Al-Usman Real Estate was founded in the late 1980s by the late Mohammad Ashraf Chheena, a renowned writer and visionary who left a high-profile banking career to embrace the serene beauty of Angoori Valley, Near Murree. Driven by a passion for nature, he bought a large farmland and built a villa for his family, advocating sustainable development and respecting local traditions. His foray into real estate began as a pastime, helping friends and relatives buy or build vacation homes. Over time, his values and efforts laid the foundation for what is now a flourishing agency.

The agency is currently led by Mohammad Omer Chheena, his son, who carries forward his father’s legacy with a blend of expertise and innovation. Omer Chheena, a seasoned lawyer and real estate expert with over 20 years of experience, began his career practicing law in Islamabad, Murree, and Rawalpindi courts before transitioning full-time into real estate consultancy in 2015. With a robust academic background, including a law degree from Muslim Law College, Omer has worked with notable clients such as Signature Hotel and Hassan Property House. Following his father’s passing, Omer took charge of managing the family’s inherited properties, successfully developing and selling farmhouses while adhering to the principles of sustainable living.
